Clinical Pharmacogenomics

Dr. Hyun Kim is a Clinical Pharmacist with the Clinical Pharmacogenomics Service. Dr. Kim received his PharmD from MCPHS University-Worcester and completed a joint fellowship in Clinical Pharmacogenomics and Biomedical Informatics through Boston Children’s Hospital and MCPHS University-Boston. His primary clinical activities revolve around seeing a variety of different types of patients through the Clinical Pharmacogenomics Service in conjunction with Dr. Jonathan Picker, with the goal of leveraging pharmacogenomic information to guide conversations around appropriate medication use. Dr. Kim also has various staffing roles with in the Department of Pharmacy particularly in the Investigational Drug Service Pharmacy, sterile compounding, and parenteral nutrition.
