Jacklyn Omorodion, MD
Instructor of Pediatrics
Health disparities and inequities with clinical genetics.
Dr. Omorodion received her doctorate of medicine from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, DC in 2019. Dr. Omorodion will complete her residency and fellowship in combined pediatrics and medical genetics at the HMS Genetics Training Program in June 2023. In July 2023, Dr. Omorodion will become Attending Faculty at Boston Children’s Hospital in the Division of Genetics and Genomics in the Department of Pediatrics.
Dr. Omorodion’s primary research interest is in the ethical, legal, and social implications of rare disease treatment, specifically focusing on health disparities and inequities with clinical genetics. Dr. Omorodion’s clinical practice will treat a wide spectrum of patients with genetic conditions.
