Student Loan Assistance
Boston Children’s Hospital provides student loan subsidy that will support you to reduce your student loan debt and reach your financial goals.
Child Care Assistance
To help offset the cost of childcare for employee parents, Boston Children’s Hospital will provide a childcare subsidy to eligible employee parents who incur certain childcare costs via an eligible childcare provider. This program provides a monthly subsidy (payment) to assist with the cost of regular, ongoing childcare with a licensed childcare provider.
Lease Guaranty
Residents/Fellows, that are fully salaried by BCH, are provided assistance to ease the burden of high housing costs in Boston. This program puts limits on the amount a landlord can have as a deposit for a lease.
Commuting/Parking
BCH wants to help its employees get to work in a safe and stress-free manner. They provide different services and subsidies for parking, shuttles, and the MBTA.
Medical Insurance
The Hospital provides benefits eligible employees with several medical options to choose from. All of these options are administered by BlueCross BlueShield of Massachusetts. There are also options for vision and dental insurance.
